Wonder Woman by Cliff Chiang

Cliff Chiang is an American comic book artist. Formerly an assistant editor at DC Comics, he is now an illustrator, known for his work on Human Target, Beware the Creeper and Crisis Aftermath: The Spectre, Green Arrow/Black Canary and Wonder Woman.

Chiang’s art is definitely a great match for Azzarello.  His Wonder Woman is attractive without being a sex object, powerful looking without losing her femininity, and is always drawn to look like the royal she is.

This drawing by Cliff Chiang is one of the many random drawings that Cliff has done of Wonder Woman. It is not from any big name comic, but the piece shows off all of Wonder Woman’s great features and gives the viewer a close perspective.  What would an exhibition be without a woman in it? Wonder Woman is not as popular as some of the main stream names, but she has been around for years and years and is a staple to the DC Comics franchise. I chose her because she is a very powerful woman super hero and is closely associated with many of the male super heroes in this exhibition.
